Terms of service
RED TRIDENT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) stipulates the following terms and conditions for use of “Volk Tactical Gear”, which is operated by our company.
Article 1 (Definitions)
In these Terms and Conditions, the terms listed in the following items are used with the following meanings.
“Volk Tactical Gear” refers to a system that posts information on the provision of products or services, and has the function of providing products or services online,
and is a site that our company operates on the Internet based on these Terms and Conditions.
The term “user” refers to anyone who accesses Volk Tactical Gear.
The term “service” refers to the service that our company provides to those who use Volk Tactical Gear based on these terms and conditions.
The content and type of service may be changed, increased or decreased at any time at our company's discretion, and notification of this will be made
at any time through display on Volk Tactical Gear, or via email or other means of communication.
Article 2 (Scope and Changes to the Terms and Conditions)
1 These terms and conditions shall apply to the Company and users in relation to the use of the Services, and
users shall comply with these terms and conditions in good faith when using Volk Tactical Gear.
2 The individual rules and additional rules that we stipulate separately on Volk Tactical Gear or by other means
and that we notify users of from time to time form part of these Terms of Use.
If there is a discrepancy between these Terms of Use and the individual rules and additional rules, the individual rules and additional rules
shall take precedence.
3 We may change these Terms of Use at our own discretion without the consent of users
. In this case, the terms and conditions for using the services provided by Volk Tactical Gear shall be based on the revised Terms of Use.
Such changes shall come into effect from the time of notification by email to the address previously notified to our company,
general posting on Volk Tactical Gear, or by other methods deemed appropriate by our company
.
4 In the event that any disadvantage or damage is incurred by the user as a result of a change in the Terms of Use,
our company shall not be held responsible in any way.
Article 3 (User Status and Restrictions)
1 User Status
When a user enjoys any of the services provided by Volk Tactical Gear
(including viewing information), they are deemed to have agreed to these terms
and conditions, and at the same time, they are considered to have gained the status of a user of Volk Tactical Gear.
2 Restrictions on Users
Users must not engage in the following activities.
(1) Using Volk Tactical Gear in a way other than the method specified by Volk Tactical Gear.
(2) Using the service by pretending to be someone else.
(3) Linking data related to the service to other data in a way other than that approved by Volk Tactical Gear.
(4) Illegally accessing data stored on the computer used to access Volk Tactical Gear,
or destroying or attempting to destroy this data.
(5) Any action that interferes with the operation of the Service.
(6) Any use of the Service for business activities or for profit-making purposes, or any use
for the purpose of preparing for such activities or purposes. However, this does not apply if the Company separately approves.
(7) Any attempt to collect or store the personal information of other users, or any attempt
to do so.
(8) Any action that is offensive to public order and morals, or any action that is offensive to other domestic or foreign laws and regulations.
Article 4 (Suspension or Termination of the Service)
1. In the event that any of the following circumstances apply, the Company may, at its own discretion,
temporarily suspend or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User.
(1) In the event that maintenance, inspection, or updating of the equipment or systems for the Service is carried out on a regular or emergency basis.
(2) When it is difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as fire, power outages, or natural disasters.
(3) When the duties of a Type 1 telecommunications carrier are not provided.
(4) In other cases, when the Company deems it necessary to temporarily suspend or stop the Service due to operational or technical reasons, or when the Company deems it difficult to provide the Service due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. The Company shall not be held responsible for any disadvantages or damages incurred by users or
third parties due to the temporary suspension or termination of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.
Article 5 (Handling of Links)
In the event that links are provided to other sites from among the various services provided by Volk Tactical Gear,
or in the event that third parties provide links to other sites, the Company shall not be held responsible for any sites other than those of Volk Tactical Gear.
In this case, we are not responsible for any content, advertisements, products, services, etc.
that are included on or made available through the relevant site.
We are not responsible for any damages arising from or in connection with such content, advertisements, products, services, etc.

Article 6 (Copyright)
1 The user may not, without the consent of the rights holder, use any information provided through Volk Tactical Gear in any way that exceeds the scope of the user's personal use as defined by copyright law,
including reproduction, sale, publication, or other uses.
2. Users may not, in any way, without the consent of the rights holder, allow a third party to
use or disclose any information provided through Volk Tactical Gear

3. If a problem arises due to a violation of the terms of this article, the user shall
resolve the problem at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to the company.
Article 7 (Liability for Damages)
1 The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties in relation to the provision, delay, modification, suspension, discontinuation, cessation, or abolition of the Service, or the
leakage or loss of information provided, or any other matter related to the Service.
However, personal information registered through the Service shall be handled in accordance with the “Handling of Personal Information” policy.
2. If a user causes damage to a third party through use of the Service, the user
shall resolve the matter at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause damage to the Company.
If a user causes damage to the Company through actions that contravene these Terms of Use, or through fraudulent or illegal actions,
the Company shall be entitled to claim appropriate compensation for damages from the user in question.
Article 8 (Privacy Policy)
The management and handling of information about users that our company obtains in relation to the use of this service by users
shall be in accordance with the privacy policy separately stipulated by our company.
Article 9 (Governing Law)
The laws of Japan shall apply to the formation, validity, performance and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 10 (Agreed Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the district court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the
exclusive agreed jurisdictional court of first instance.

(8) Any action that is offensive to public order and morals, or any action that is offensive to other domestic or foreign laws and regulations.

In the event that links are provided to other sites from among the various services provided by Volk Tactical Gear,
or in the event that third parties provide links to other sites, the Company shall not be held responsible for any sites other than those of Volk Tactical Gear.
In this case, we are not responsible for any content, advertisements, products, services, etc.
that are included on or made available through the relevant site.
