For International Shipping

We do not offer free shipping plans for international shipments.
Orders from outside Japan will be shipped via EMS.
Shipping charges are automatically added according to the destination and weight of the package.

Free shipping for purchases of 10,000 yen or more.
Shipping charges by area are as follows.

■ TA-Q-BIN

  • Hokkaido/Okinawa: 1,100 yen
  • North Tohoku: 950 yen
  • South Tohoku: 900 yen
  • Kanto: 800 yen
  • Koshinetsu/Hokuriku: 750 yen
  • Chubu/Kinki/Chugoku/Shikoku: 700 yen
  • Kyushu: 800 yen

■ TA-Q-BIN Compact: 550 yen nationwide

■ Nekoposu (post-mailing, no cash on delivery): 350 yen nationwide

*Cash on Delivery Orders Due to system limitations, the total amount shown in the "Order Confirmation" email sent after the order is complete does not include the cash on delivery fee.
Please pay the total amount stated in the "Notification of final total amount including delivery charge" email immediately after the "Confirmation of order details" email.
